SWVASL now offers a new service that can alert you of game cancellations through text messages to your phone and/or email alerts. The service is provided by Omnilert (www.rainedout.com) and is free (standard texting fees from your provider apply).
SWVASL reserves the right to change this Agreement and any additional terms at anytime, effective upon making the modified provisions available on the SWVASL web site (www.swvasl.org). You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use of this service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. SWVASL does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of any changes to the terms of use and notices, or additional terms. Your participation in the program is voluntary. All messages will be broadcast to all registrants of that season's group regardless of whether that message relates to each member's particular team. Subscribers will be responsible for managing their own profile through www.rainedout.com and the SWVASL is not responsible for messages received or not received as a result of poor personal account management. Standard text messaging charges and other associated fees instituted by your mobile service provider will apply. SWVASL is in no way affiliated with www.rainedout.com or their operating company, Omnilert, LLC. Any changes to Omnilert's Terms & Conditions (including costs, use of personal information, or other types of issues) are not the responsibility of the SWVASL and should be taken up with the management of Omnilert. Further, SWVASL is not responsible for any disputes regarding Omnilert's terms & conditions, including, but not limited to, costs, services or the handling of private information. All subscribers should review rainedout.com's Terms & Conditions as well as their Privacy Policy before registering. SWVASL is not responsible for information sent using messaging services.
To unsubscribe at any time, you can:
1) Log into your rainedout.com account and deactivate it;
2) Reply to any text message with the word "STOP" (and only "STOP")
